OnDecember30,,theStateCouncil’sofficeofexaminationandreformofficiallyrepliedtotheMinistryofhumanresourcesandsocialsecurityandtheStateAdministrationofforeignexpertsontheopinionsontheintegrationofforeigners’workpermitsinChina(SGB[]No.95),agreeingtointegrate“foreigners’entryandEmploymentPermit”and“foreignexperts’workpermitinChina”into“foreigners’workpermitinChina”,TheStateAdministrationofforeignexpertsisresponsiblefortheimplementationofthelicense.
年12月30日，国务院审查改革办公室正式答复人力资源和社会保障部、国家外国专家管理局关于外国人在华工作许可证一体化的意见(SGB[]95号)，同意将《外国人入境就业许可证》和《外国专家在华工作许可证》纳入《外国人在华工作许可证》，由国家外国专家管理局负责执行。
